Body and face scrub. Use once or twice a week depending on the needs of the skin. Apply to damp skin, avoiding the eye area. Massage gently with cicular movements over the entire body and face. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, Rinse with plenty of water, then soap if necessary.
